For over 20 years, our Principal Coach, Kruti Kapadia, has worked with Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and nonprofits to develop leaders who are promotion-ready and strategically influential.

Before founding Kapadia Coaching, Kruti spent 16 years at Booz Allen Hamilton as a management consultant and Career Manager, where she specialized in transforming technical experts into leaders who could influence across complex stakeholder environments.
