When i was 5 years old, i came to the U.S. from Gujrat, India.

“Culture Shock” doesn’t begin to describe it.

Can you imagine being a kid, and moving to a country where you didn’t speak the language?

For a long time, I felt like I didn’t fit in at all. But I believe that there are always gifts where others see hardships. For me, as a child in a place that was foreign to everything I had known, I had the opportunity to develop a close relationship with myself that deepens with every passing year.

The independence, resilience, and resourcefulness I developed while learning to adapt to a new country has served me in both my career, and as an entrepreneur.

I suspect you can relate to a childhood experience of your own that catalyzed into the ambition, drive, and success you’ve had today (and, I’d LOVE to hear about that!)

My Indian heritage has also influenced my spirituality, and drew me towards learning and mastering the art of the law of attraction.

Because I have always known that our power lies within us.

Today, I love serving as a leader in the entrepreneurial space.

i am ceo of my own coaching business.

I am on the board of directors for the national association of women business owners.

But how did I go from feelings of deep unworthiness and lack of confidence, to securing a job with a Top Ten Consulting firm… and then onward into the entrepreneurial space?

I began my career in the public sector, working in international development for humanitarian organizations like The World Back, Save the Children, and the Red Cross. While I loved my work, I experienced a pattern of being laid off. As painful as each lay-off was, I saw them as an opportunities to go deeper and uncover layers of limiting beliefs related to my unworthiness and lack of confidence.

This is what I do. I respond to challenging life events with the desire to learn from it, become a stronger person and
deepen my sense of self worth.

With each lay-off, I intentionally pushed the envelope with the law of attraction, asking the universe for better jobs, in a faster time frame, and attracting higher and higher salaries. These layoffs were my vehicle of instruction to deepen my awareness and practice of the Law of Attraction.

By the third layoff, I realized that I needed to go inside and do some deep work to uncover the unhealed and misaligned pieces of myself that continued to result in manifested layoffs.

My mastery of utilizing the Law of Attraction grew by quantum leaps, and I attracted an incredible job with a top ten management consulting firm, that I have held for over 14 years. (With a 5-digit bump in salary that I didn’t even ask for!)

And I Know Law Of Attraction.

And I know how to make them click together for you.

There I Was, Finally Manifested My Dream Job… And then COVID Hit.

When COVID hit, my role in change management took on a whole new meaning. Change was everywhere - at work, but also in the personal lives of everyone I knew.

Personally, I experienced the loss of loved ones during the pandemic. This brought to me layers of grief and emotions I had never experienced before. When the dust settled, I was left with the clear understanding that life is too short to waste on things that don’t light us up.

 

It was time to make my own dreams come true on a new level. My desire to coach and guide others through transition took on a life and passion of its own.

As a Certified Professional Coach, and 20+ years in Change Management, I knew I had the right combination of skills to show others a path to following their aligned entrepreneurial dreams, too.

We are Deliberate Creators. I have known this since I was a child. But day-dreaming is not enough.

I Believe…

We deserve - and need - to create our businesses from higher energy levels.

That there is no failure, only paths to greatness.

That the stories we tell ourselves determine our journey forward.

We deserve to go for the gold when it comes to our dreams.
